Situation:
The demand for hearing care solutions is strongly increasing as a result of the changing population composition. This trend resulted in scarcity of resources in several areas, risking lost sales or worse customer experience.
Improvement
We analysed the time spent by resources on a range of tasks and came up with insights and opportunities to use the capacity more effective. We implemented both process improvements and best practices across multiple countries.
Results
As a result of these efforts, time is now used more effectively and stores are capable of helping more customers in need for hearing care solutions.
