Improvement
We developed a cross-shop analysis to determine what categories are often sold in a complementary fashion. Together with the responsible people, we redesigned the layout to suit the customer journey while at the same time keep an eye on operational feasibility.
Results
As a result of these efforts, improved layout has been implemented and we were able to achieve an improved cross-sell rate across products, helping the customer in making things more convenient or to inspire them with adjacent products.
